- Includes a 60 minute review of a personalized plan for wellness made just for the patient based on lab results and clinical judgement
- Visit is with a Certified Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner
- Plan includes nutritional recommendations and/or diet and meal planning guidance, goal setting, education, lifestyle modifications and suggestions
